Feel Good Finals

Resources for de-stressing during Finals Week

Feel Good Finals: Spring 2022

Finals can be a stressful time. Your friends at the William H. Hannon Library, LMU FitWell, Campus Safety Services, KXLU, Student Psychological Services, and Housing want to make it as manageable as possible.

So in addition to providing you with spaces to study and spaces to work-out your anxieties, we are partnering to offer a number of stress-relieving activities during Spring Finals, between April 26 and May 5

In-person at the library, we will offer areas for coloring, origami, and puzzles. Be on the lookout for therapy animals (a whole farm!), our traveling snack cart, and more.

On this guide, you will find various virtual stress-busting activities, including tips for success, Spotify playlists, streaming "slow-time" videos, and reading recommendations. Good luck, Lions!
