Resources for de-stressing during Finals Week

Feel Good Finals: Spring 2024

Finals can be a stressful time. Your friends at the William H. Hannon Library, Burns Rec Center, Campus Safety Services, Helen B. Landgarten Art Therapy Clinic, Housing, LMU Bokstore, Medicinal Garden of Biology Department, and Student Psychological Services want to make it as manageable as possible.

So in addition to providing you with spaces to study and spaces to work-out your anxieties, we are partnering to offer a number of stress-relieving activities during Spring finals, Apr 29  - May 3.

In-person at the library, we will offer areas for coloring, origami, and puzzles. Be on the lookout for therapy animals (and yoga goats!), coffee and donuts, our traveling snack cart, and more.

On this guide, you will find various virtual stress-busting activities, including tips for success, Spotify playlists, streaming "slow-time" videos, and reading recommendations. Good luck, Lions!
