FYS Learning Outcomes

After taking the online tutorial, you should be able to do the following:

  • Be able to evaluate sources for quality (e.g., by learning to differentiate between scholarly and popular sources)
  • Acquire research skills including use of the library catalog and electronic databases to retrieve books or articles, whether in print or online

Library Open House 2022

Thursday, October 6, 2022.   4pm to 6pm

Join us at the William H. Hannon Library for our 4th annual open house! This event is an opportunity for students to explore library spaces, meet library staff, and learn about the ways the library supports academic success at LMU. We will have:
