Font should be
Arial
, Calibri, or Times New Roman
Font size must be no smaller than 10 points, but no larger than 12 points
All text should be black
Same font size and type throughout
Document Formatting
Margins
Top, right, left, and bottom must be 1" all around.
Spacing
The body of text must be double-spaced (except for block quotations, notes, captions, legends, and long headings, which are single-spaced).
Paragraphs are indented consistently
Pagination
A page number in some form must appear on every page.
Footnotes or End Notes
Text of footnotes or end notes is single-spaced.
Font size may be smaller than text but must be the same font type.
