U.S. and International Organizations supporting Business Ethics and Sustainability

Promoting business ethics and sustainability is an important goal, and there are several organizations and government agencies in the US and around the world that support and advocate for these principles.

United States Organizations:

Business Ethics Alliance
A nonprofit organization based in Omaha, Nebraska, dedicated to promoting ethical business practices in the United States.
Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB)
SASB focuses on developing and disseminating sustainability accounting standards that help businesses disclose material, decision-useful information to investors.
B Lab
A nonprofit organization that certifies companies as B Corporations, which meet high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
The Global Compact Network USA
Part of the United Nations Global Compact, this network helps businesses align their strategies and operations with the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact related to human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption.
