Supported by the Lilly Endowment, this project supports "a more fully collaborative, competent, and mission-focused pastoral leadership, strengthened in their service to parish communities at all levels. The organizations which have formed the Project have researched and reported on a wide variety of contemporary ministry strengths and challenges. They provide these findings in dialogue with pastoral leadership." Partnered by six differently-focused Catholic organizations, from NALM to CARA.
