About this Guide ...
This guide is meant to support research in the interdisciplinary field of Bioethics. Although aimed at students in the LMU Bioethics Institute graduate program, interested grad and undergrad students may find some of the information helpful, and are welcome to use this guide and contact the responsible librarian for help.
Acknowledgement
Thanks to Tim Ruggles, librarian at Dalhousie University's W. K. Kellogg Health Sciences Library, for allowing me to adapt content from his LibGuide material for the present one.
"Deadly Medicine" Exhibit
Last year, the William H Hannon Library had an exhibit on loan from the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D. C. on the perverse use of medicine by the Nazis, including eugenics and unspeakable experiments on humans. Find a fuller description at

Bioethics
This guide should help students find resources at LMU and elsewhere that will help with their research investigations and writing. Tony Amodeo is the Library's liaison for Bioethics (see box at right), and takes phone calls, e-mail messages and appointments. Don't hesitate to contact other Reference librarians for help as well, whether in person at the Reference Desk, via phone, chat help or texting (see box below).
This is a work-in-progress. Let us know how to make it better!
